Looked after, month by month

Every build comes with a year of hosting, so you don't need a plan. These are for owners who want us to keep doing the jobs most people never get round to. All three are monthly. Cancel any time, no contract.

Not on a plan after the first year? Hosting on its own is £5 a month, or you take the files. Changes without a plan are £20 an hour.

Care

£20/month

Keep it working

For you if you want the site kept safe and working, and you're happy to make most changes yourself.

Choose Care

Each month

Every night
We back up your site, which means we save a copy we can put back if anything goes wrong.
All the time
We keep it hosted (where your site lives) with the padlock on, the little lock by your address that tells people the site is safe. We watch that it's up and hasn't been tampered with, and if it goes down, we get the alert and sort it.
When you ask
Email us a small change, like a new price or a photo swap. We do up to 30 minutes of changes a month.
Once a year
We renew your web address (the yourbusiness.co.uk part) so it never runs out.

In your inbox

A reply by the next working day whenever you email us.

There's no monthly report on Care. That starts with Grow.

Grow

£59/month

Get found locally

For you if you want more people near you to find you over time, without writing anything yourself.

Choose Grow

Each month

On the 1st
We draft a new page about one of your services, or an article answering something people search for, and two short Google posts. We send them to you to approve. Nothing goes up until you say yes.
When you say yes
The page goes live and the posts go on your Google Business Profile, the box with your map, hours and reviews that appears when someone googles you.
In the first week
Your one-page report for last month lands in your inbox.
All month
Your review link does its job. When you join Grow we set up a link and a QR code (a square code people scan with their phone camera) to give happy customers, so leaving you a Google review takes them seconds.
When you ask
Up to an hour of changes a month.
Underneath
Everything in Care: backups, the padlock, monitoring and your web address renewed.

In your inbox

The one-page monthly report. It looks like this:

Monthly reportOne page, by email
Visits
How many people came to your site, and whether that's up or down on last month
Where from
Google, Facebook, your Google listing, or typing your address
Taps
How many people tapped Call, Book or WhatsApp
Searches
Where you show up on Google for the searches that matter to you
Next
Two or three things to try next month, in plain English
A tap on Call isn't always a call that got through, so we say taps, not calls.

Lead

£150/month

Make the phone ring

For you if the website is meant to bring in a steady flow of new work, and you'd rather we ran it.

Choose Lead

Each month

Every week
A new post or page, drafted and sent to you to approve, the same way as Grow but every week.
From the start
We list you on the directories, maps and review sites people use (the online phone books, like Yell, Bing and Apple Maps), with exactly the same name, address and phone number everywhere. Then we keep them matching.
As you win work
A page for each town you want work from, built around real jobs you've done there, with photos.
Once a month
A 30-minute call to go through the report and plan the next month.
When you ask
Up to 3 hours of changes a month, and support the same working day.
Underneath
Everything in Grow and Care.

In your inbox

The same one-page report as Grow, a week before your monthly call, so we can both look at the numbers first.

What we won't promise

  • Page one of Google. Nobody can promise it. Google says there's no way to ask or pay for a better local ranking, so anyone who guarantees it is guessing.
  • Reviews you didn't earn. We never buy reviews or offer anything in return for one. Google doesn't allow it, and it can get your reviews removed.
  • A stuffed business name. Adding “Best Plumber Leeds” to your name on Google can bump you up for a while. Google says the name must be your real one, and it can suspend you for it.
  • Copy-and-paste town pages. Twenty pages that only swap the town name are what Google calls doorway pages, and it treats them as spam. Every town page we build has real jobs in it, or we don't build it.
  • Google posts that move you up. They help the people who find you decide to get in touch. They do very little for where you rank, so we don't sell them as if they do.

Pick a plan when the site's live

There's nothing to decide before then. When it's live, tell us which plan you want, or none. Cancel any time by email with 30 days' notice. See every price on one page.

Get your free website check

Send us your web address, or tell us you haven't got one yet. Within two working days you get a short report in plain English: a score out of 100 and the three biggest fixes. No obligation.

Website checkExample: a made-up café
54/100
  1. Your opening hours are in a photo. Google can't read a photo, so it can't show your hours.
  2. The menu is a PDF. It's slow to open on a phone, and most people give up.
  3. There's no Book button at the top. People have to scroll to the bottom to find your number.
Every check comes as a short report like this, in plain English.
